About Pipe PerfectPro

About Pipe PerfectPro: pipework done carefully, explained clearly

We are a dedicated pipe service team — installation, servicing, repair and leak detection — built around one idea: water should go exactly where it is meant to, and nowhere else.

Our story

Started by people who were tired of fixing the same leak twice

Pipe PerfectPro began with a simple frustration. Again and again, our technicians were called to repair pipework that had already been “fixed” — a joint wrapped in tape, a fitting forced onto the wrong pipe, a drain laid flat because nobody checked the fall. The original problem was never solved; it was only hidden for a while.

So we built a service around doing it properly. That means taking the time to diagnose before touching a spanner, using the jointing method each material was designed for, supporting lines correctly so they do not sag or vibrate, and testing under pressure before anything is closed up behind tiles or plaster.

Today we handle everything from single-tap repairs to complete supply and drainage systems for homes, apartments, offices, shops and small commercial kitchens. The jobs are different sizes; the standard is the same.

Our promise in one line

If we install it or repair it, we test it — and we put what we did in writing.

What we stand for

Four working principles every technician signs up to

These are not slogans on a wall. They decide how a visit runs, how a quote is written and when a job is allowed to be called finished.

01

Diagnose before we quote

We find the cause first, explain it to you, and only then recommend a fix. You never pay for guesswork.

02

Honest, written pricing

Every quote is itemised. If we find something unexpected, we stop and talk to you before the price changes.

03

Test everything we touch

New joints are pressure-tested and drains are flow-tested before we pack up. Nothing gets closed in untested.

04

Respect your space

Shoe covers, dust sheets and a full clean-up are part of the job, not an extra. We leave rooms as we found them.

Organized wall of professional plumbing tools

Equipment we carry

The right tools make careful work possible

A good technician with the wrong tools will still cut corners. Our vans are stocked so the correct method is always the easy one — from fusion welders for PPR to pressure test pumps and inspection cameras.

We also carry common fittings and valves for every material we work with, so many repairs can be completed on the first visit instead of a second trip for parts.

Who we work with

Built for the spaces people actually live and work in

Our work is concentrated where pipework matters most to daily life: kitchens, bathrooms, utility areas, rooftop tanks and the lines that connect them.

Homes & apartments

Kitchen and bathroom lines, water tanks and pumps, concealed leaks and full re-pipes for older flats.

Offices & shops

Washroom fit-outs, pantry lines, drainage upgrades and scheduled maintenance with minimal disruption.

Small commercial kitchens

Grease-prone drains, hot-water supply and quick-response repairs to keep service running.

Builders & renovators

Rough-in and final fix pipework, pressure testing and documentation for new and renovated spaces.

Our approach to quality

What "done properly" means to us

Pipework spends most of its life hidden. That is exactly why the parts nobody sees deserve the most attention. These are the details we check on every installation and repair.

Lines are sized for the fixtures they serve, so the far bathroom still gets proper pressure. Layouts avoid unnecessary bends and dead legs where water can stagnate.

Unsupported pipe sags, vibrates and stresses its joints. We clip and support every run at spacings suited to the material and diameter.

A drain that is too flat silts up; one that is too steep leaves solids behind. We set and check the fall on every new drain run.

Supply lines are held under test pressure before they are concealed. Drains are flow-tested. You can watch the test if you like.

You receive a written summary of the work, materials used and any recommendations — useful for future repairs, renovations or a sale.
