Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services. Specific terms written in a quote take priority over these general terms where they differ.

Our services

Pipe PerfectPro provides pipe installation, pipe repair and servicing, hidden leak detection, drain and sewer line care, water heater and fixture line connections, and preventive maintenance. Descriptions on this website are general information; the exact scope of any job is set out in your written quote.

Quotes and approval

• Quotes are based on the inspection carried out and the information available at the time.
• A quote is valid for the period stated on it. After that, prices may need to be reviewed.
• Work begins only after you approve the quote in writing, by message or by email.
• If hidden conditions are discovered during work — for example, additional corrosion behind a wall — we will stop, explain and agree any change before continuing.

Visits and access

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area and to the main water valve, and to tell us about any known hazards. If we cannot gain access at the agreed time, or the site is unsafe to work in, a call-out charge may apply as stated when booking.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the problem and the property.
• Obtain any permission needed from a landlord, building management or other owner.
• Remove or protect valuable or fragile items near the work area where possible.
• Follow any aftercare advice we give, such as allowing sealants to cure before use.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the quote. Small jobs are usually paid on completion. Larger installations may require staged payments tied to agreed milestones. We accept cash, bank transfer and common mobile payment methods. Materials remain our property until paid for in full.

Workmanship guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for the period stated on your quote and invoice. If a fault arises from our workmanship within that period, we will return and correct it without charge for labour. The guarantee does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, freezing, excessive pressure or third-party work.
• Pre-existing pipework or fixtures we did not install or repair.
• Wear on consumable parts, or materials supplied by the customer.
• Blockages caused by items or substances put into drains after our visit.

Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures apply separately according to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

We take care to protect your property and carry appropriate precautions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the value of that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Use of this website

Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. You may not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy its content, design, logo or images for commercial use without our permission.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered place of business. If a concern arises, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly by talking them through. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
