01

New pipework, planned before it is laid

Pipe Installation

New supply and drainage systems for new builds, renovations and extensions — or a full re-pipe of an ageing building. We plan the layout, size the lines, choose the material for each run and pressure-test before anything is concealed.

02

Fix the fault — and the reason it failed

Pipe Repair & Servicing

Leaking joints, burst sections, corroded fittings, noisy pipes and failing valves. We repair the damaged part and look for what caused it: pressure spikes, poor supports, mismatched materials or ageing lines that are near the end of their life.

03

Find hidden leaks without tearing the place apart

Leak Detection

Rising water use, damp walls or a meter that never stops are signs of a hidden leak. Using meter tests, section isolation, pressure-decay tests and moisture mapping, we narrow the leak down to a small area before opening anything.

04

Clear blockages and correct the cause

Drain & Sewer Care

Slow basins, backed-up floor traps, gurgling and bad odours. We clear the blockage, inspect the line, and correct the slope, venting or joint that keeps causing it to return.

05

Safe connections for heaters, taps and fittings

Water Heater & Fixture Lines

Correct connection of electric water heaters and geysers, mixer taps, showers, cisterns and appliances — with the right valves and hot-water rated pipe so connections stay sound under heat and pressure.

06

Small checks that prevent big repairs

Preventive Maintenance

A scheduled inspection of your supply lines, valves, tank connections and drains. Ideal for older buildings, offices, shops and landlords who would rather plan maintenance than react to emergencies.

Repair or replace?

How we decide what to recommend

We will always tell you which option we would choose in your position — and why. Here is the reasoning we use.

Repair makes sense when…

Replacement makes sense when…

How we quote

Clear prices, agreed before we start

Inspection first

Prices depend on what is behind the wall. We look before we price, so the quote reflects your actual job.

Itemised & written

Labour, materials and any making-good are listed separately. You approve it before work begins.

Options where sensible

Where there is a cheaper reasonable fix, we show it beside the recommended one, with the trade-offs.

No surprise extras

If something unexpected turns up mid-job, we stop, show you, and agree any change in writing.
