01

General & booking

We specialise in water supply and drainage pipework: new installations, repairs and servicing, hidden leak detection, and drain and sewer line care for homes, offices, shops and small commercial kitchens.

Call or message us on +880 1748-845745, email contact@pipeperfectpro.com, or use the request form on our contact page. Tell us what you are seeing and we will suggest a suitable visit time.

For the diagnosis, yes — or someone who can show us the problem and approve the quote. For longer jobs, we can agree access arrangements in advance.

Contact us immediately by phone for an active leak or burst. While you wait, close the main valve, switch off any pump and keep water away from electrics.

02

Quotes & payment

We explain any visit or diagnosis charge before booking. Once we have inspected the problem, the written quote itself costs nothing and there is no obligation to proceed.

Only if we find something that could not have been seen during inspection. If that happens, we stop, show you and agree any change in writing before continuing.

We accept cash, bank transfer and common mobile payment methods. For larger installations, payment is usually split into stages, set out in the quote.

Yes. Every job is invoiced with the work done, materials used and the guarantee terms that apply.

03

Leaks & repairs

Common signs are an unexplained rise in water use, a meter that moves with all taps closed, damp patches, bubbling paint, loose tiles or a pump that runs when nobody is using water.

We use meter tests, section isolation, pressure testing and moisture mapping first, so any opening is small and in the right place. Nothing is opened without your agreement.

Yes. We can repair GI lines, connect them correctly to modern pipe, or recommend a staged replacement if corrosion is widespread.

Usually water hammer: a pressure surge when a valve closes quickly. Loose supports, high pressure or fast-closing valves are typical causes, and all can be corrected.

04

Installation

Typically PPR for hot and cold supply, uPVC for drainage, CPVC or copper for some hot-water and exposed runs, and HDPE for buried service lines.

Yes. We coordinate first-fix and final-fix visits around your builder so pipework is tested before walls and floors are finished.

Supply lines are held under test pressure and monitored before being concealed; drains are flow-tested. Results are recorded for you.

05

Guarantee & aftercare

Yes. The workmanship guarantee and its duration are written on your quote and invoice. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures apply separately.

Contact us straight away. If the issue is covered by our workmanship guarantee, we return and put it right at no charge for labour.

Yes. Scheduled servicing visits suit older properties, rentals and businesses. Each visit ends with a written condition report.
